For your information, we review our training cost every year in January and applied any changes by 1st April.

Membership & Insurance Fee: £31 (From April 2024 will be £35)

Payment Options at Our Taekwondo Club:

1. Fixed Payment Plan:

What is it? The Fixed Payment Plan means you pay the same amount every month for a year, whether you attend or miss classes due to sickness or holidays.

Why choose it? It’s a great deal, as it includes free team training.

2. Flexible Payment Plan:

What is it? The Flexible Payment Plan gives you the freedom to change how you pay. You can choose between Pay-as-you-go or Monthly fee options.

Why choose it? It’s great for those who want financial flexibility. Just remember, team training isn’t included with this choice. Now, members can select the payment plan and frequency that suits their preferences and budget.

  • Pay-as-you-go: Juniors pay £8 per 1-hour class, and Seniors pay £10 per 1.5-hour class. Team training sessions are also £10 each.
  • Monthly fee (Juniors):
    • 1 lesson per week for a month: £25
    • 2 lessons per week for a month: £40
    • Unlimited lessons for a month: £50
  • Monthly fee (Seniors):
    • 1 lesson per week for a month: £30
    • 2 lessons per week for a month: £45
    • Unlimited lessons for a month: £60

Note:
If you have three members in a family and want to join then, one member in the family will get free training.

Payments Terms and Conditions

1. Membership Fee:

The Membership fee covers one year and includes accidental injury coverage during training and Way Taekwondo or British Taekwondo (BT)-associated events.

The Membership fee is non-refundable.

2. Grading Fee:

Non-Refundable Fee: The Grading fee is non-refundable.

3. Training Fee:

Non-Refundable Fee: The training fee is non-refundable.

Missed Lessons: If you miss a lesson, you have the opportunity to make it up by attending classes at our other venues.

Payment Plan Changes:

  • Fixed Payment Plan: Changes can be made annually in April.
  • Flexible Payment Plan: Changes can be made at any time.

4. Payment System:

i) Monthly Basis: Fee must be paid within the 1st week (1st – 7th) of each month. Monthly fee is non-refundable, but you can recover missed lessons by attending other classes at our different venues.

ii) Pay-as-you-go Basis: Fee must be paid before each lesson before attending any classes.

5. Late Payment:

If you are late in making payments, you will be charged pay-as-you-go rates.
