Dear Way Taekwondo Members,

“KUP Grading Only for Ashford Club members.”

We’re excited to share our upcoming plan for the KUP Grading with you. Going forward, we won’t be recommending students for their KUP Grading anymore. Instead, we encourage you to apply for Grading once you’ve completed the required training. To get eligible, students must attend minimum 12 lesson since their last grading. Please take the time to carefully read through all the information provided on the form before submitting your KUP Grading application.

Juniors Group: Registration: 1pm-1:30pm, Exam: 1:30pm-3:30pm & 3:30-4pm: Result announcement

Seniors Group: Registration: 4pm-4:30pm, Exam: 4:30pm-6:30pm & 6:30-7pm: Result announcement

Please ensure that your application form is submitted by 13th July 2025.

Dress Code and Equipment:

For your grading, please ensure you have the following:

1. Students must wear a Taekwondo Uniform with belt.
2. Full protective gear.
3. Water bottle.
4. Medications (if needed).
*NOTE: If you are under medication or have any injury which may affect your grading, you must notify the Grading panel.
