How to Renew

  1. Log in to the BT Hub

    Use the button above and log in with your British Taekwondo account. This is a separate login from the WAY Member Hub.

    Forgotten your password? Click “Forgot password” on the login screen to reset it.

  2. Open the student’s profile

    Select the student’s profile, then open the British Taekwondo Membership page.

    Parents: select your child’s profile, not your own. The licence only covers the person named on it.

    Can’t find your child’s name? First speak to your coach. If it’s still missing, email support@britishtaekwondoltd.zendesk.com

  3. Click your membership status

    Click the button that matches your membership:

    • CurrentMembership is still active
    • LapsedMembership has already expired

  4. Complete the 9 steps & pay £31.50

    Follow all nine steps on screen. When asked for the club, select your club name:

  5. Pay the £4.50 Club Admin Fee

    This is not included on the BT Hub — please pay it separately by bank transfer.

    Why do we charge this? Every active member with British Taekwondo membership pays a £4.50 Club Admin Fee. If a member suffers a serious injury during training, a seminar or a competition and wants to make a claim, the club will help report the injury and handle the claim process on their behalf.
