Essentials Checklist ✅
- Dress Code: Full Taekwondo Uniform (Dobok) with your Belt.
- Gear: Bring ALL full protective equipment.
- Medication: If you require any medication, please bring it with you and inform Master Ista Gurung immediately upon arrival.
Parking Notice
Car parking might be free due to the Christmas season. Please double-check the posters in the car park or inquire with the Stour Centre staff to confirm before leaving your vehicle.
