Training Cost 2023

Dear Members,

Due to circumstances beyond our control, there will be a small increase to WAY TKD students training costs as from the 1st April 2023.  This has unfortunately occurred due to current market inflation and admin charges WAY TKD is currently attracting. Increased charges is something we’ve tried to avoid passing onto you, however on this occasion it has been unavoidable. Even with the increases, we feel WAY TKD provides excellent training and service at a competitive price.

Note:

  1. Please note that for the pay-as-you-go plan, the fee must be paid prior to attending each lesson. 
  2. The monthly fee is non-refundable and must be paid within the first week of each month. If you wish to switch to the pay-as-you-go plan, please inform us before the start of the new month.

Membership & Insurance Fee: £31/Year

Pay as you go Plan:

Junilrs class: £8/lesson (1 hr)

Seniors class: £10/lesson (1 hr & 30 min)

TEAM WAY TKD: FREE for fixed monthly plan, Pay as you go: £10/lesson (1 hr & 30 minutes)

Monthly Plan: One lesson in a week

Juniors class: £25/member (1 hr)

Seniors class: £30/member (1 hr & 30 min)

TEAM WAY TKD: Free for fixed monthly plan (1 hr & 30 min)

Monthly Plan: Two lessons in a week

Juniors class: £40/member (1 hr)

Seniors class: £45/member (1 hr & 30 min)

TEAM WAY TKD: Free for fixed monthly plan (1 hr & 30 min)

Monthly Plan: Unlimited in a week

Juniors class: £50/member (1 hr)

Seniors class: £60/member (1 hr & 30 min)

TEAM WAY TKD: Free for fixed monthly plan (1 hr & 30 min)

Payments Terms and Conditions

1. Membership Fee: Membership fee paid for one year and it will cover your accidental injuries during training and any events organised by Way Taekwondo or any clubs associated with British Taekwondo (BT). Membership fee is not refundable.

2. Training Fee: Training fees will no longer be refunded but you can change your payment plan into pay as you go at any time. If you want to change the training fee payment plan, you need to let us know by text message, email or call before you receive an invoice from us. This is our flexible payment plan. You can do FIXED monthly plan to get more benifits. The fixed monthly plan is for a year, starting from April and ending in March of the following year.

3. Payment System:

i) Monthly basis: Fee must to be paid within 1st week (1st – 7th) of each month. Monthly fee is non-refundable but your missed lesson can be recovered by attending other days in our other venues. ii) Pay as you go basis: Fee must be paid each time every lesson before you attend any classes.

4. Late payment: If you are late for making payments, you will be charged as, pay as you go rates.
