Local Taekwondo star, Master Colin Larkin, is returning home to Ashford today with a silver medal from the 2024 World Taekwondo Championships held in Hong Kong. Larkin, a respected instructor and athlete delivered a series of impressive performances throughout the tournament, ultimately securing a place in the final.
Despite a valiant effort in the gold medal match, Larkin and his team narrowly missed out on the top spot, claiming a well-deserved silver. This achievement marks a significant milestone in Larkin’s Taekwondo career and brings great pride to his local community.
