Kup Grading Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a Kup Grade examination, candidates must satisfy the following mandatory criteria:
- For 10th Kup (White Belt) to 3rd KUP (Blue Belt with Red Stripe), candidates must have attended a minimum of 12 to 16 lessons (3–4 months) of consistent training.
- For the 2nd Kup (Red Belt) and 1st KUP (Red Belt with Black Stripe), , candidates must have attended a minimum of 24 lessons (6 months) of consistent training.
- Candidate must meet the required technical proficiency for their current Kup level. This standard will be assessed against the official Kup Grading syllabus by the instructor.
- Physical Fitness: Must be medically fit to participate in the examination.
- Grading Fee: Must pay the required Grading Fee in full prior to the examination date.
Kup Grading Fees
The fees for the Kup (coloured belt) grading examinations are structured based on the grade level, reflecting the increased complexity and testing requirements for higher belts.

Dan / Poom Grading Eligibility Criteria
This section outlines the requirements for progression to Dan (Black Belt) and Poom (Junior Black Belt) grades, as governed by international standards (Kukkiwon).
