Kup Grading (Junior belts Exam) | On the 26th February 2021 in Ashford

Hello everyone!
I hope you are well. Our very first Kup Grading in 2022 will be on Saturday 26th February 2022, 12pm at Sports Hall, The John Wallis School, Stanhope Rd, Ashford TN23 5RQ. If this date is not convenient for you then, you can attend on Sunday 27th February 2022 in Folkestone Club, Broomfield Hall, 37 Broomfield Rd, Folkestone CT19 4DJ at 10am.
Grading Fee must be paid by 9pm, Friday 25th February 2022.

Date and Time: Saturday 26th February 2022, 12pm – 5pm
Door will be opening 12pm. Within 15 minutes of time all the candidates must be presented at hall.
White belts Exam will be finished by 1:30pm, so parents should be at hall to pick up your kids around 1:30pm.
White-Yellow belt to Blue-red belts Exam will be finished by 5pm, so parents should be at hall between 4pm – 5pm to pick up your kids.

full protection gears (white-yellow belts and above only)
Water bottle
Any health issue & medication, you need to let us know in advance.
Sequence of Event:
12:00pm – Door open (Once you arrive you will have to stay in your belt groups and each group will be getting one senior grade student to do warm up and practices)
12:15pm – Group photographs.
12:20pm – Exam begins (Start with white belts)
1:30 pm – White belts result announcement, belt and certificate will be awarded.
NOTE: During white belt exam, all other belts need to stay in their group and practice more with their senior grade student.
1:30pm to 5pm: There will be Phase one and Phase Two. In Phase one, you will be in your belt group and you will be tested on Fitness, Hand Techniques & Stances, Poomsaes and Kickings. In Phase Two, you need to wear full protective gears. You will be nominated red or blue body armour. Please check your details on the list at the entrance. You need to stay in Phase Two order this time. You will be tested on One-step, Self-defence and Free Sparring.
At the end we will announce your result and present you new belts and certificates.
Q. Who can attend this Grading?
-Only recommended students can attend this Grading.
Q. How can you be recommended for the Grading?
-Student need to attend minimum 3-4 months training (minimum 12-16 lessons)
-Student must be up to standard in their level.
