Ashford Club Members Only
Dear Way Taekwondo Members,
We’re excited to announce our upcoming KUP Grading for Ashford Club members!
From now on, students will apply for grading themselves instead of waiting for an instructor’s recommendation. This helps everyone take charge of their own progress and ensures all applicants meet the grading requirements.
📋 Eligibility Criteria
To take part in the KUP Grading, students must:
- Have completed at least 12 lessons in the last 3–4 months.
- Be confident and up to standard at their current level.
- Submit the application form before the closing date.
🗓 Grading Details
Date: Sunday, 22nd March 2026
Juniors Group
- Registration: 1:00 pm – 1:30 pm
- Exam: 1:30 pm – 3:30 pm
- Results: 3:30 pm – 4:00 pm
Seniors Group
- Registration: 4:00 pm – 4:30 pm
- Exam: 4:30 pm – 6:30 pm
- Results: 6:30 pm – 7:00 pm
📝 Application Information
Closing Date: 16th March 2026
Please read all instructions carefully before submitting.
👕 Dress Code & Equipment
- Full Taekwondo uniform (dobok) with belt
- Full protective gear
- Water bottle
- Any required medications
Note: If you are currently on medication or have an injury that may affect your grading, please inform the grading panel in advance.
