KUP Grading, Ashford – 16th November 2025

🥋 KUP Grading Announcement – Ashford Club Members Only

Dear Way Taekwondo Members,

We’re excited to announce our upcoming KUP Grading for Ashford Club members!

From now on, students will apply for grading themselves instead of waiting for an instructor’s recommendation. This helps everyone take charge of their own progress and ensures all applicants meet the grading requirements.

📋 Eligibility Criteria

To take part in the KUP Grading, students must:

• Have completed at least 12 lessons in the last 3–4 months
• Be confident and up to standard at their current level before grading for the next
• Submit the application form before the closing date

🗓 Grading Details

Date: Sunday, 16th November 2025
Venue: Stour Centre, Station Approach, Ashford TN23 1ET

Juniors Group:

• Registration: 1:00 pm – 1:30 pm
• Exam: 1:30 pm – 3:30 pm
• Results: 3:30 pm – 4:00 pm

Seniors Group:

• Registration: 4:00 pm – 4:30 pm
• Exam: 4:30 pm – 6:30 pm
• Results: 6:30 pm – 7:00 pm

📝 Application Information

• Closing Date: 9th November 2025
• The KUP Grading Application Form will be available soon — please read all instructions carefully before submitting.

👕 Dress Code & Equipment

Please ensure you bring the following to your grading:

1. Full Taekwondo uniform (dobok) with belt
2. Full protective gear
3. Water bottle
4. Any required medications

Note: If you are currently on medication or have an injury that may affect your grading, please inform the grading panel in advance.
